Is there a per-message fee?
No. waseller charges a flat monthly fee per plan. We do not charge a commission for each message sent or received. Send as much as you need without worrying about the bill.
Does the trial require a credit card? Will I be charged?
Yes, we ask for a card to activate, but we do NOT charge anything during the 3-day trial. If you decide to cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription from your account at any time. No contracts, no penalties. Your access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
What does each plan include?
The Starter Plan ($249/month) includes WhatsApp API access, n8n credentials, CRM and multi-agent inbox. The Pro Plan ($449/month) adds the no-code AI bot builder, RAG over your documents and priority support access.
Can I switch plans later?
